Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced RBTs to join our dedicated ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
As part of the clinical team, you will record session data and help build individualized care plans. We offer paid training, part-time options, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive environment.
