Tier1usa's Renewal Rehab team in Michigan is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our established rehab program. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in a timely, guideline-adherent manner.

You will ensure MD orders are secured for services and provide effective therapy using established modalities, while maintaining patient safety and adjusting treatments as needed.
