Personal Touch Home Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients in their homes, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy to promote independence and mobility. You will work with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
This is a fee-for-service, per-diem, 1099 contracted position. Must hold a valid NY OT license and have home-health experience; pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations are welcome.
