Flex Labor Pool TechnicianKI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Flex Labor Pool Technician to join our Green Bay Manufacturing Team on our 2nd shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.Job Duties:Perform all required production activities for the area assigned.Operate all assembly and fabrication production equipment in an efficient and safe manner.Operate tools required in the cell such as hand-held drills/screw guns, riveters, impact tools, screw drivers, wrenches and any other tools that may be required in the area.Use of the scanning equipmentPackage and load product on trailers using equipmentRead and follow the production scheduleMaintain high levels of quality and follow work instruction documentsMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or EquivalentAbility to obtain Forklift license through KIValue Added Skills:Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not requiredTeam PlayerComputer knowledgeWillingness to learnAbility to operate a forklift after company trainingPositive AttitudePhysical Requirements:Working in areas where it can get warmWorking in a smoke free environmentActivities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bendingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slowShift:This is a 2nd Shift positionHours are 2pm-10pm Monday - FridayStarting rate of pay is $20/hour plus a shift premium of $2.00/hourOvertime during busy seasonKI offers a welcoming work culture with competitive benefits for eligible employees.
