Are you an experienced Fleet Sales Manager or Director, looking to lead a national sales team for a market-leading truck equipment manufacturer?
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a growing fleet division. You will lead an experienced sales team and drive continued growth across the US.
This well-established company is a leader within the truck equipment industry. They are continuing to grow and invest heavily in their fleet and utility business.
In this role, you will lead the outside Fleet Sales team. You will develop sales strategy, manage forecasts and identify new business opportunities. You will also build relationships with major fleet customers and dealers across the US.
This role would suit an experienced Sales Leader from the truck equipment industry. You will have the autonomy to develop your team and make a major impact on the future growth of the business.
The Role:
- Lead and develop the national Fleet Sales team
- Develop sales strategy and identify new opportunities
- Manage major fleet and dealer relationships
- Remote with 25-50% nationwide travel
The Candidate:
- Experienced Sales Manager / Director
- Truck equipment / upfitting experience
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Track record of achieving sales targets
