Serving as the day-to-day vehicle upfit and dealership purchasing contact, the full-time remote Fleet Operations Buyer will manage vehicle procurement, upfit design, and delivery operations while ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet operational requirements and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with upfit vendors and internal departments to coordinate vehicle customization and equipment installations Coordinating with manufacturers on direct vehicle orders, managing specifications, delivery schedules, and order modifications Arranging logistics for vehicle delivery, including freight carriers and specialized transport coordination Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in fleet management company purchasing and vehicle upfit Strong expertise in upfit specifications and fitment guidelines Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree Industry experience in transportation, leasing, automotive, or fleet applications is preferred
