Project GoldenEye Team MemberMechanical One is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Project GoldenEye team, responsible for 24-hour live fleet monitoring to ensure safe and responsible driving practices across our fleet. Team members will play a key role in analyzing real-time driver data, responding to alerts, and providing immediate feedback to drivers to enhance overall fleet safety and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor Driver Behavior: Use telematics software to track and assess driver behaviors, including speeding, harsh braking, distracted driving, and cell phone use.Immediate Driver Feedback: Respond to alerts by contacting drivers directly, providing real-time feedback to promote safe driving habits and address safety concerns.Data Analysis and Reporting: Record and analyze driver data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.Driver Support and Well-being: Prioritize driver safety and well-being by assessing alerts related to fatigue, vehicle health, and overall safety.Collaborate on Safety Initiatives: Work with the Fleet Safety Manager and team to implement continuous improvements and support safety initiatives across the organization.RequirementsExperience in fleet management, transportation, or a related field is preferred.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers to provide constructive feedback.Attention to Detail: Keen observational skills to monitor alerts and accurately record data.Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of assessing situations quickly and determining appropriate responses.Technical Skills: Comfortable using telematics software and other fleet management tools (training provided).Commitment to Safety: Passion for promoting safe driving practices and enhancing driver well-being.Why Join Mechanical One's Project GoldenEye Team?This role offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering safety initiative within Mechanical One.
