The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and functionality of our fleet and equipment.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance as needed.Assist with the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA 10, Cranes and Rigging, EPA, and other relevant regulations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.Ability to perform vehicle modifications, tools racks and service body racks etc.Welding as needed, MIG, TIG, StickWorking in various locations on any given day of the week and hauling equipment and larger unitsExpert Ability to drive a gooseneck trailer, 24ft box trailer and others as needed to load and unload materials and tools safelyExperience working on construction equipment (excavators, scissor lifts, man lifts and forklifts)Preferred/Required Qualifications:ASE certifications (preferred)ASME certifications (preferred)CDL (REQUIRED) Commercial Driver's LicenseWillingness to learn and obtain certifications, including Cranes and Rigging, OSHA, and EPA, with company support and fundingProficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issuesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work at multiple office locations as neededTools and Equipment:Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc.)Power tools (drills, saws, etc.)Electrical testing equipment (multimeter, wire strippers, etc.)Welding equipment (if applicable)Company Culture:At Comfort Temp Company, we believe in doing what it takes to exceed customer expectations.
