Fleet Management Operations Lead

Supporting customer onboarding and maximizing product value, the full-time remote Fleet Management Operations Lead will coordinate title and registration requests, provide training on product services, and assist in sales efforts for commercial fleet customers. Key responsibilities Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests Assist with customer onboarding and provide training on product services Provide insights on product usage and escalate customer concerns to management Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 4-5+ years of experience in fleet management 4-5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
