Performance Food Group is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for our delivery fleet supporting nationwide food distribution operations. This role oversees shop technicians, schedules and tracks preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. The manager controls repair budgets, manages parts and vendor relationships, and leverages fleet/CMMS systems to minimize downtime.
You’ll collaborate with transportation and operations teams to align fleet readiness with delivery schedules, while driving continuous improvement, safety culture, and technician development in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
