Flagship Restaurant GM Lead High-Volume Ops & Growth

Celestino's, the flagship restaurant of Lume Hospitality Group, is hiring a General Manager who will run the flagship and help us build what comes next. This is a real operator’s role with hands-on floor leadership during service and responsibility for the business when it slows.

You will own the store’s P&L, oversee four channels (dine-in, takeout/delivery, catering, events), and shape the team and systems to scale with future locations.
