What You'll Do
Direct traffic safely through construction and work zones
Set up and maintain cones, signs, and barricades
Communicate with crews to ensure smooth and safe operations
Monitor traffic patterns and respond to changing site conditions
Help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians every day
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong communication skills and attention to safety
Traffic Control Certification (or willingness to obtain it)

Work Schedule
Monday through Saturday
8-10 hour shifts
Work within approximately one hour of the shop location

Construction or flagging experience is helpful, but we're happy to train motivated individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canonsburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
