Quality Control AnalystThis is an administrative and investigative position. Position: Pay Rate: $$$hr / Vendor Rate: $$$hr Dress Code: Business Work Environment: Professional Business OfficeCandidate Responsibilities:Answering phones and maintain phone logEnters complaint, case, and assessment information in web-based documentation systemTracks incoming reports and information such as Adult Protective Services reports, nursing home discharge and transfersAssists the District Ombudsman Manager (DOM) with preparing and arranging monthly ombudsman district council meetingsImputing data into RTC Data BaseWorking with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe)Investigates and resolves long-term care facility residents' complaintsIdentifies significant individual and systemic problems affecting residentsTracks inventory of office items such as forms, brochures, promotional items, office supplies, and electronic equipmentConduct facility on-site assessmentsAssists in preparing, processing and maintaining volunteer paperwork including applications, travel, activity reports, and continuing education training hoursExperience Required:1 year of professional office experienceStrong data entry and typing skillsAttention to detailKnowledge of the rules governing Ombudsman investigations and assessmentsAbility to collect and analyze evidenceKnowledge of basic investigative techniques, including writing accurate investigative reportsGood organizational skillsRequired/Desired Skills:Ability to speak and understand English - Required - 0Strong verbal and written communication skills - Required - 0Knowledge of basic investigative techniques and write investigative reports - Required - 1 - YearsKnowledge of the rules governing Ombudsman investigations and assessments - Required - 1 - YearsAbility to investigate, analyze and resolve complaints. - Required - 1 - YearsStrong data entry and typing skills - Required - 1 - YearsExperience responding to customer complaints - Required - 1 - YearsKnowledge of long-term care facilities - Highly desired - 0Experience using RTC data base - Highly desired - 0Experience working with the elder population - Highly desired - 0
