Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

As a Fixed Asset Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the fixed asset portfolio and ensuring accurate accounting and reporting of all fixed assets.
• Managing and executing the entire fixed asset process, including acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly and year-end close of the fixed assets ledger.
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate capital budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
• Implementing and managing asset tagging and tracking systems.
• Conducting regular audits to verify the existence and condition of assets.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including GAAP and SOX.
• Utilizing Workday for fixed asset management and reporting.
• Training and mentoring team members on fixed asset procedures and Workday usage.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed asset management or a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of fixed asset accounting and accruals.
• Proficiency in using Workday for fixed asset management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong understanding of GAAP and SOX.
