The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fitness trends and a passion for building a diverse team of dynamic instructors.ResponsibilitiesSource qualified fitness instructors to teach boxing and HIIT-style classesSearch social media (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook) to discover potential candidatesRecruit top-tier fitness instructors through industry contacts, talent agencies and other relevant methodsCarry out the audition process from start to finish including: recruiting, interviewing, scheduling auditions, and coordinating/communicating follow-up steps for both internal teams and potential trainer candidatesAssess if potential fitness instructors possess the skills, personality, and on-camera presence required to meet the Rumble brand standardsCreate and manage an up-to-date talent profile database which includes the trainers' accreditations, availability, and previous experienceBe on the forefront of fitness trends and cutting-edge casting effortsFocus on diversity and inclusion in recruiting by actively seeking talent from diverse backgroundsQualifications2+ years of relevant experience in casting and developing talentProven experience in recruiting instructors in the fitness industry strongly preferredStrong understanding of fitness trends, instructor engagement, and the fitness communityPassion for health and wellnessExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsStrong organizational skillsAble to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with fitness certifications and trainingAbility to assess on-screen presence and personality in order to hire the ideal fitness instructorsFamiliarity with casting software, databases, and other relevant toolsCreative problem-solving and collaboration skillsWillingness to travel and work early mornings, nights, evenings and weekends, as needed.Proficiency in Google Suite requiredMust have/use discretion working with fitness talent in a confidential environment
