Position Summary

The Fitness Director has overall responsibility for effectively managing and implementing all club fitness-related protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

Annually, based on relevant experience for the role. Full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in all areas of Fitness Department procedures
• Possess a thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, management systems
• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
• Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies
• Current certification that is nationally recognized in the “Personal Trainer” or “Fitness Trainer” or “Nutrition” category (if training)
• CPR Certification
