Job Summary

PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES

$19.45/HR, UNION POSITION.

Service

  Follows proper pot sink set up and procedures

  n

  Follows proper procedures for dishwashing

  n

• n

  Adheres to location appearance guidelines

• n

  Acts with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests

Controls

• n

  Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment

  n

• n

  Employs good safety and sanitation

  n

• n

  Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities

  n

• n

  Maintains work areas

  n

  Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

  Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers

Job Requirements

  Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred

  n

• n

  Lifts and transports up to 60 lbs.

• n

  Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain work area

  n

• n

  Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains

• n

  Walks and stands during entire shift

  n
n

Proposed Skills, Qualifications, and Abilities

  Ability to work effectively with kitchen staff

  Able to lift and transport up to 60 pounds

  Able to run, clean, and break down all dish machines, Orca, and food cleaners

  Ability to understand and meet health and safety standards/expectations
