FISERV DNA PRODUCT MANAGER / POST-GO-LIVE CONSULTANT

Business Advisory Solutions Group (BASG) is seeking qualified candidates for a contract-to-hire or direct FTE hire opportunity focused exclusively on Fiserv DNA .

Please note: Candidates must have specific, hands-on Fiserv DNA experience to be considered.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Fiserv DNA and proven experience maximizing the platform’s value after go-live. This is not a DNA implementation role. The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation from mid-point through cut-over, but a pure implementation specialist would not be the ideal candidate. BASG is seeking a product management-focused professional who can help a banking organization optimize DNA, improve operational efficiency, support releases, and serve as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Key Qualifications

• Extensive Fiserv DNA experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of DNA functionality, capabilities, and how to maximize its value within a banking environment.
  • Experience partnering with bank operations teams to create efficiencies using DNA.
  • Experience performing data mapping activities.
  • Experience supporting new DNA releases and related operational changes.
  • Significant post-go-live DNA support and enhancement experience.
• Experience in a Product Manager or similar product ownership role.
• Experience working within a bank or financial institution environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to serve as a central liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
• Residence in Pennsylvania or New Jersey is strongly preferred; candidates willing to relocate may also be considered.
