Lite Assembly TechnicianWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lite Assembly Technician to join our 1st shift team. This role involves assembling small to medium-sized components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts and components according to work instructions and specificationsUse basic hand tools and small power tools to complete assembliesInspect parts for quality and ensure accuracy of finished productsFollow production schedules and meet daily output goalsMaintain a clean and organized workstationPackage finished products as requiredReport any defects, issues, or shortages to supervisorsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Preferred SkillsExperience with light manufacturing or production environments. Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques.
