They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Full-time
• Starting up to $15
• Shift begins at 4am.
• Shift ends 10am/12pm/2pm.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Here are some examples of what you will be doing: putting away our daily truck, deep cleans, filleting chicken, prepping some of our prep items like mac and cheese or soup meat
