Qualifications:
- High school diploma (with college-level coursework in education preferred)
- Experience with instructional technology (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic first-aid procedures or willingness to be trained
- Ability to provide small group instruction
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs and assignments
- Ability to relate to children in a positive manner
- Ability to use a firm, but fair approach when working with elementary-age students
- Willingness to be a cooperative team player
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to display a positive, nurturing attitude with students at all times
- Willingness and ability to maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned
