Overview
I'm working with an award winning MEP firm who are seeking a Fire Protection Engineer .
Please note: This role is remote but applicants MUST be based in North Carolina
What You’ll Do
- Design fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical systems for healthcare projects
- Produce construction drawings, specs, and system calculations
- Lead coordination with architects, engineers, and clients
- Serve as Engineer of Record on complex work
- Visit sites, review construction, solve real-world problems
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar
What You Bring
- 8+ years as a licensed Professional Engineer
- Healthcare project experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program
- Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, MEP tools, and MS Office
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Licenses (Required / Preferred)
- Fire Protection Engineer license (required)
