Fire Door Business Manager

To support the Fire Door division in the southern region of France, the full-time Charg d'Affaires will manage client requests, conduct technical studies, and oversee installation projects with subcontractors while ensuring customer satisfaction through to project completion. Key responsibilities Analyze technical requests and prepare detailed technical studies for client projects Consult and advise clients on contractual and technical aspects, while managing subcontractor relationships for optimal quality and cost Oversee project progress, ensuring timely completion and proper invoicing, while maintaining accurate records in management tools Required qualifications Education level of BAC+2 or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience in related fields Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills for project management Ability to manage and coordinate subcontracted work on construction sites Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems; technical English is a plus Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory
