SERVPRO Team Drake | Stockton, CA

Entry-Level & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Build a Career Helping People Recover After Disaster

Are you hands-on, dependable, and looking for a career where no two days are the same?

SERVPRO Team Drake is looking for Fire & Contents Restoration Technicians to join our growing Fire & Contents team. In this role, you'll help families and businesses recover after fires, water damage, and other unexpected property losses.

This isn't your typical cleaning position. Our technicians work directly on restoration projects—carefully packing and protecting customers' belongings, cleaning and restoring contents, assisting with structural cleaning, documenting items, and helping return homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition.

No restoration experience? That's okay. We're willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Fire & Contents Restoration Technician, your responsibilities may include:

Contents Pack-Outs & Pack-Backs: Carefully photograph, document, wrap, pack, box, move, and transport customers' belongings for cleaning, storage, or return.

Contents Cleaning & Restoration: Clean and restore furniture, household goods, personal belongings, and other items affected by fire, smoke, soot, water, or odor.

Structural Cleaning: Assist with detailed cleaning of walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures, and other affected areas using SERVPRO-approved products, techniques, and specialized equipment.

Inventory & Documentation: Help photograph, inventory, label, and track customer contents using SERVPRO documentation systems.

Loading & Transportation: Safely load and unload contents, equipment, cleaning products, and supplies from company vehicles.

Jobsite Preparation: Set up work areas, protect unaffected surfaces, organize equipment, and prepare rooms for restoration services.

Customer Care: Treat customers, their homes, businesses, and personal belongings with professionalism, care, and respect.

Teamwork: Communicate with supervisors, coordinators, and fellow technicians to keep projects organized and moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous restoration, cleaning, moving, packing, warehouse, construction, or contents experience is helpful—but not required for the right candidate.
