Our client is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Supervisor to join their amazing culture. As a Service Supervisor, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as our client grows.
Day to Day:
• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• This is a line position that is either field- or office-based and is responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of fire alarm field service experience
• Exposure to leading or supervising a small team
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare • NICET certification
• EST (Electronic Systems Technician) Certification
