Put Your Skills To Work
As a Level I Fire Alarm Installer, you ll help install and build fire alarm systems from the ground up. Your work will include:
- Pulling fire alarm cable through J-hooks, bridle rings, and conduit
- Installing fire alarm devices such as horns/strobes, pull stations, and smoke detectors
- Installing cable, conduit, outlet boxes, and junction boxes
- Performing basic device terminations
- Following blueprints and installation drawings
- Assisting experienced technicians with installation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Using basic test equipment such as a volt-ohm meter
- Following jobsite safety requirements and maintaining quality workmanship
You don t have to know everything on day one. We re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and ready to develop their skills.
You should have:
- Previous low-voltage or fire alarm experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Experience pulling cable or working with low-voltage equipment
- Ability to work in commercial construction environments
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in building a long-term career in fire alarm and life safety
