Reporting to the Director of Fintech Risk, the full-time remote Fintech Risk Analyst will identify, manage, and remediate risks across the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) portfolio while collaborating with various teams and conducting due diligence assessments on fintech partners. Key responsibilities Identify and manage risks within the Bank's BaaS portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to perform due diligence risk assessments and present findings to senior management Conduct ongoing monitoring and quality assurance activities for onboarded partners to ensure adherence to Bank policies and regulations Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in banking or fintech risk management and compliance Demonstrated knowledge of financial crimes compliance (BSA/AML, OFAC) Familiarity with banking compliance areas, including UDAAP and payment network rules Experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and related guidance Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
