Fintech Paid Social Consultant

Seeking experienced freelance Paid Social Marketing Consultants with deep fintech expertise, this remote contract role will manage paid social strategy and execution on Meta for clients, focusing on driving growth and optimizing campaigns with a hands-on approach. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day strategy and execution of paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, targeting core products and audiences Drive efficient volume against aggressive growth targets, emphasizing downstream cost metrics over in-platform metrics Take channels from zero to one, implementing rigorous testing and validation frameworks over a 6 to 12 week period Required qualifications Senior Manager level or above with substantial hands-on experience in building and optimizing Meta campaigns Required fintech experience or equivalent in another regulated financial services vertical in exceptional cases Experience managing six-figure monthly paid social spend in a mid-market or enterprise environment Proven track record of taking a channel from zero to one with rigorous testing frameworks Strong background in experimentation, including incrementality studies and geo-experiments
