Key responsibilities Respond to investment executive and client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions Assist in the account opening process and maintain electronic client files using proprietary software Act as a liaison between investment executives and various financial entities to facilitate smooth transaction flows Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; bachelor's degree preferred FINRA Series 7 License is mandatory Prior customer service experience is preferred Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
