FINRA Series 7 Client Services Representative

To support a growing team, the full-time FINRA Series 7 Client Services Representative will engage with over 11,000 Financial Professionals, providing administrative and sales support while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Respond to client needs, concerns, and questions while ensuring timely execution of transactions Assist in the account opening process and maintain electronic client files on proprietary software Act as a liaison between investment executives and various financial entities to facilitate smooth transactions Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred FINRA Series 7 License is preferred Prior customer service experience is preferred Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
