Providing guidance to customers at key life moments, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Workplace Consultant will assist with retirement account options, including 401K and IRA products, while promoting customer relationships and achieving financial goals. Key responsibilities Offer over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding employer-sponsored retirement accounts during significant life events Discuss and educate customers on available retirement account options to align with their savings goals Deepen customer relationships with Empower through effective communication and support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience Minimum of 1 year experience in performance/goal-oriented roles, preferably in asset growth and retention Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within established timelines Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn new information quickly and independently
