FinOps Analyst (Cloud Migration)We’re looking for a Financial Operations (FinOps) Analyst to help drive a large-scale data center migration to Microsoft Azure for a healthcare payer organization. You’ll play a key role in tracking cloud spend, enforcing governance, and guiding optimization strategies to ensure financial rigor in a regulated environment.What You’ll Do:Track and forecast Azure cloud spend as workloads migrate.Enforce tagging, budgets, and cost controls for accurate reporting.Support migration planning with cost estimates and financial readiness.Identify optimization opportunities (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, licensing).Deliver clear reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.Contribute to long-term FinOps best practices and compliance processes.What We’re Looking For:3+ years in cloud financial management, FinOps, or IT cost analysis.Hands-on experience with Azure cost management tools.Background in cloud migrations or infrastructure transformation.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Experience in healthcare, with knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH compliance.Nice to Have:Experience with health plan or payer organizations.Familiarity with FinOps frameworks.Certifications (FinOps Foundation, Azure).Strong collaboration with engineering and platform teams.
