TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Finishing Utility Operator to support production of high-impact communications and advocacy materials. In this hands-on role, you will operate and maintain finishing equipment, including cutting, folding, binding, and packaging systems, to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of client projects. Working in a collaborative, high-performance environment, you’ll interpret job tickets, uphold strict quality and safety standards, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and coordinate closely with account and production teams.
This role offers exposure to strategic communications work while building strong technical production skills.
