If you share our values, come find your place in our global community.Job DescriptionThe Finishing Tech is a key operational support role responsible for assisting supervision in driving daily production activities, technical execution, and area performance.

This role bridges leadership and technical functions by ensuring production plans are executed effectively, KPIs are tracked and improved, and operational standards (delivery, quality, safety, scrap and 5S) are consistently met. The Finishing Tech supports planning, execution, reporting, and inventory control within the assigned area, working closely with supervisors, schedulers, operators, EMS agents, and engineering functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport supervisors in executing daily production plans and meeting schedule adherence.Ensure proper material flow, staging, and line readiness for production.Assist in coordinating activities across shifts to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.Help resolve day-to-day operational issues impacting productivity and efficiencyQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required2–5 years of manufacturing experienceExperience in finishing operations or similar environmentMust be able to read and write in EnglishMust be able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basisBenefits: At Electrolux, we take responsibility for our development in a supportive environment where we embrace our differences and learn from each other.
