MCC seeks a Finishing Supervisor for 3rd shift to lead finishing operations in support of our global Christian relief and development mission. This role supervises a small production team, ensuring accurate, high-quality finishing, packing, and shipment of materials that resource MCC’s programs. The supervisor will organize workflow, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Working in a collaborative, faith-driven environment, this position troubleshoots equipment issues, maintains inventory accuracy, trains staff and volunteers, and continuously improves processes to support efficient, mission-aligned operations.
