Position OverviewFinishing Operator fills batteries with acid to the proper level, and correctly apply caps on the batteries according to battery type. Formation Operator will perform visual inspections for proper acid levels and cosmetic defects. The Finishing Operator will be committed to performing the role safely and can wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including a respirator.Responsibilities Level I:On/Off Bear batteries from production lineUnderstand and practice the quality policyUse hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc.Work in a lead acid battery manufacturing plantCapable of working in extreme temperatures and heavy environment is a plusStrong team skillsSolve problems and recommend solutionsAll employees must follow strict hygiene rules including mandatory showering and lunch periods on siteLift 50-80 lbs.
