Must be able to follow written and oral instruction. Must regard safety as a core value; must serve as role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures. Must have strong service and quality focus; address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand root cause, then communicate / education team in a timely manner. Preferred Requirements: 3-5+ year's previous experience. Solid interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical aptitude and logical problem solving skills. Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner necessary. Be motivated towards productivity, safety and quality improvements Experience leading continuous improvement efforts and knowledge about ELS Operating Principles preferred. Adaptive, flexible, able to handle ambiguity.
