Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!Multiple shifts availableOur full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and much moreCompensation is based on skills and experienceKey responsibilities for Finishing Operator include:Performing manual and machine operator tasks as related to a variety of finishing operationsInspecting for printing defects, requiring close attention to detailBoxing completed orders produced in finishing in preparation for shippingPreparing appropriate quality sign-off documentation for assigned tasksPerforming required preventive maintenance on assigned finishing equipmentWorking closely with teams/departments to create an environment that supports workflow and continuous improvements of finishing operationsThe ideal candidate for Finishing Operator must demonstrate:Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly and efficientlyWillingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projectsClear communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalitiesAbility to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquires of internal customersEducation, skills, and experience for Finishing Operator:Required: High school diploma or equivalentRequired: Ability to lift up to 50lbs, as well as stand and bend throughout the shiftRequired: Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English languagePreferred: One or more years' experience in a similar role in printingA Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
