This is an opportunity to join an established manufacturer that is looking for a strong finishing leader to help transform and improve its finishing department. • Ensure proper mixing, matching and application of stains, sealers, paints, lacquers and specialty coatings on wood products.
• Monitor finishing processes, conduct quality inspections and address defects, inconsistencies and rework.
• Drive improvements in finishing quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.
• Ensure proper operation of spray booths, HVLP equipment, sanding tools and curing systems.
