Finishing CarpentryThe ideal candidate for finisher is a true craftsman responsible for the installation of air conditioning units, door frames, doors, door hardware, tile floor, epoxy floor, caulking, windows, and cable ladders. Able to complete finishing tasks in a timely manner with quality work.Essential Job Functions:Assist in hanging doors, installing hardware, locks, etc.Trim openingsAssist in installing air conditioning equipmentInstall cable ladder per printAssist in installing CFE equipment, generators, fire suppression, etc.Interpret engineering drawingsTile and paint flooringClean buildingsSecure equipment and ship loose materialApply caulkingInstall windowsPerform other tasks as required by supervisorQualifications:Two (2) to three (4) years' experience and/or related training.Ability to carry read and comprehend simple instructions.Knowledge of basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).Ability to solve problems in variety of standardized situations.Forklift experiencePay Range $16.00 - $25.00
