You're a skilled tradesperson who deserves respect for the work you do every day.Job DutiesPerform high-quality interior and exterior finish carpentry on a high-end residential projectInstall interior trim, baseboard, casing, crown molding, doors, and other architectural detailsInstall exterior trim, siding, soffits, fascia, and other finish materialsInstall custom millwork and architectural componentsPerform detailed punch-list and finish workMeasure, cut, fit, and install materials accuratelyRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsPerform precise layout and finish workMake adjustments and corrections to ensure a quality finished productWork alongside the superintendent, project managers, and other tradesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all jobsite safety requirements and proceduresTake pride in delivering a professional, high-quality finished productRequirementsPrevious experience as a finish carpenterExperience with both interior and exterior carpentry preferredHigh-end residential construction experience is a plusStrong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and materialsAbility to read plans and perform accurate measurements and layoutExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust have your own basic hand toolsReliable transportationDependable attendance and strong work ethicProfessional attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanshipOSHA 10 certification is a plus — free OSHA and safety training availableApply today and put your skills to work on a project where craftsmanship matters.
