This position assists multiple departments, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, title administration, vehicle deal processing, document management, and general office support.The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage multiple priorities, maintains confidentiality, and is willing to assist wherever needed to ensure efficient dealership operations.Benefits:Top payGreat working environmentMedical, dental, and vision coverage401K / Roth with company matchPaid time-off benefit packageEmployee discounts on vehicle purchase, parts, and serviceResponsibilities:Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate departmentScan, file, organize, and maintain electronic and paper recordsPrepare and file accounting documentsAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processesMatch invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentationReconcile statements and research discrepanciesSupport month-end closing activitiesOrganize and maintain deal jacketsAudit deal files for completeness and accuracyAssist with vehicle inventory documentationSupport title and registration processingVerify required forms and compliance documents are completedProvide excellent internal and external customer serviceRequirements:High school diploma or GED requiredAutomotive dealership experience preferredBasic understanding of accounting principles preferredExperience with CDK DMS is a plusExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong attention to detail and accuracyValid Nevada driver’s licenseAbility to sit, stand, and move throughout the office for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyAbility to operate standard office equipment
