We're seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Financial Systems Lead to provide functional leadership across enterprise financial systems supporting a large Department of Defense organization. This role serves as the critical bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring SAP solutions continue to support evolving mission requirements while driving modernization, transformation, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can partner with senior stakeholders, guide complex ERP initiatives, and lead a high-performing team responsible for sustaining and enhancing enterprise financial capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems within the Department of Defense or Federal Government.
- Experience supporting SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA enterprise financial systems
- Experience leading ERP sustainment, modernization, transformation, or enterprise business system initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Financial Management (FM) business processes and enterprise operations.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to define requirements and implement technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Location: This role will require 75% onsite work in Arlington, VA
