Leading the deployment of enterprise financial systems, the full-time remote Financial Systems Implementation Lead will manage implementation workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive organizational readiness to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes. Key Responsibilities Lead financial systems implementation workstreams from planning through deployment, stabilization, and hypercare Analyze current-state finance processes to identify opportunities for standardization and automation Drive implementation testing strategies and oversee deployment readiness reviews and post-go-live support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience leading enterprise system implementations, including ERP and financial systems 10+ years of experience with implementation methodologies and structured delivery frameworks Managed at least 3 cross-functional projects involving business teams and technology partners 7+ years of strong stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment
