6-9 month RFP process and overall a year to get it done. Someone who can document the needs and put together the RFP. RFP experience is a plus but really needs someone familiar with financial Systems (Lawson/Concur/Hyperion is a plus).
Someone who's done 2+ implementations. Need above junior level, no specific years of experience. Start end of Feb if possible.Responsibilities:Leading requirements gathering and documentation for a new financial systemDeveloping and managing RFP documentation and processesPartnering with finance and business stakeholders to understand system needsSupporting vendor evaluation and selection activitiesParticipating in and supporting financial system implementation effortsQualifications:Experience working with financial systems (Lawson, Concur, and/or Hyperion preferred)Participation in at least two full system implementationsStrong business analysis and documentation skillsAbility to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirementsRFP experience is a plusMid-level professional (above junior level)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAdaptability and problem-solving skillsProactive and self-motivatedDesired Skills:2+ years of experience with financial systemsDegree in Business, Finance, or related fieldBusiness Analysis Certification
