Robert Half is partnering with a publicly traded advanced materials manufacturer in Chandler that is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join its growing FP&A Center of Excellence.
This role sits in Finance, not IT. It’s ideal for an FP&A or finance professional who has been the go-to person for systems, reporting and data on their team and wants to grow in that direction.
What you’ll do
- Support and improve the systems behind financial planning, reporting and consolidation
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help leaders make decisions
- Validate financial data for accuracy across systems
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
- Translate finance needs into clear requirements for IT and technical teams
- Document processes and help train users on finance tools
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in FP&A, accounting or financial systems
- Hands-on SAP experience (required)
- Solid understanding of financial statements and FP&A processes
- Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Bonus: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC Planning), SAP Group Reporting, or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
