Our State Farm agency is seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative with a strong emphasis on life and health insurance solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through coverage options that provide long-term financial security and peace of mind. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative conversations, building lasting relationships, and making a meaningful impact through protection planning.Key ResponsibilitiesEducate customers on life and health insurance products.Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-upSupport customers through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth and positive experienceCollaborate with the team to identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of businessMaintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and financial regulationsParticipate in ongoing training to stay current on products, industry trends, and best practicesPreferred QualificationsActive Life & Health license (will be required, current licensees preferred)Series 6/63/65, 7 and SIE licenses (willingness to obtain)Experience in life and/or health insurance sales or financial servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to explain complex coverage options in a clear and relatable waySelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven environmentProfessional and trustworthy demeanor with a genuine desire to help othersCompensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
