FTJ is an insurance agency, broker, and third-party administrator licensed in all U.S. states and the District of Columbia who today serves more than half million insured through its national, regional marketing and third-party administration activities.Position SummaryEstablish, maintain, and enhance relationships with education institutions and companies to increase 403(b), and 457 and 401(k) retirement plan participation on behalf of FTJ Retirement Advisors. Work with employees, individuals and their families to prepare financially for retirement and various life events.
