- Full‑time – $72,000–$90,000 potential first‑year compensation, with top performers earning $150,000+
Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset‑building solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through consistent communication and service
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company‑provided lead systems
- Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and strategies to protect and grow their assets
- Follow up with prospects to guide them through the decision‑making process and close sales
- Stay current on industry trends and products
- Operate independently while collaborating with a high‑performing, supportive team environment
