🚀 Financial Services Professional | Olympia, WA - Hybrid

Ready to move from servicing clients to becoming the lead advisor?

We’re looking for a Wealth Manager to join an established wealth-management practice and step into a significant long-term role working with high-net-worth clients. This is not a build-a-book-from-scratch opportunity. You’ll work alongside an experienced advisor through a 6–12 month transition, build trusted relationships with an established client base, and progressively take ownership of client relationships.

What makes this opportunity different:

💼 $130K base salary (flexible depending on experience)

📈 Lucrative multi-year bonus tied to new AUM acquisition

🤝 Established HNW client relationships — not starting from zero

🚀 Clear path from service advisor → lead Wealth Manager

🧠 Strong financial planning & wealth management focus

🔥 Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth of the practice

We’re open to junior and junior advisors who have the right foundation and are ready to grow. You don’t need to be a rainmaker. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, coachable, relationship-driven, and genuinely motivated to become a lead advisor.

🎯 We’re looking for:

• Active Series 65 or 66

• Client-facing wealth management, financial planning, or investment experience

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
